These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of rvdetail4u.com, your submission of a quote request, and communications with Crystal Clear RV & Boat Detail ("Crystal Clear," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms. Specific work may also be governed by a written quote, work order, invoice, or other service agreement.

You are responsible for disclosing known damage, leaks, fragile components, failing decals or finishes, aftermarket materials, prior repairs, and other conditions that may affect the work. You should secure valuables and personal property before service begins.

4. Scheduling, Weather, and Access

Appointments may be affected by weather, site restrictions, travel conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Mobile and exterior services may be rescheduled when conditions would make the work unsafe or compromise quality. Any job-specific cancellation, rescheduling, travel, or deposit terms will be disclosed in the applicable quote or agreement.

5. Results and Existing Conditions

Results vary based on age, material, prior care, oxidation, corrosion, cracking, adhesive failure, water intrusion, coating or paint condition, and other pre-existing conditions. Photographs on the website illustrate prior work but do not guarantee identical results. We do not guarantee that every stain, defect, odor, scratch, oxidation mark, decal shadow, or other condition can be fully removed or corrected.

6. SMS Terms

Text-message program: When you check the standalone SMS consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Crystal Clear RV & Boat Detail about your quote or service.

Your SMS consent applies only to the phone number you provide. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and will notify us if it changes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information and consent records.

7. Intellectual Property

The website and its text, graphics, branding, layout, and original photographs are owned by or licensed to Crystal Clear and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You agree to indemnify and hold Crystal Clear harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your material breach of these Terms, or inaccurate information or lack of authority relating to a service request, except to the extent caused by Crystal Clear's own negligence or misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating solely to website use will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Dallas County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
